Little Rock Zoo

Me and my brother went to the Little Rock zoo on sunday. I had never been and it had been a long time since he had. We had a lot of fun but OMG it was soooo hot. If you notice the last picture it is a mist system, they had them every where around the zoo because of the heat. Well here are just a few pictures of that day. I want to go again but it will have to be after it cools down some :-)

Birthday

I had a really good birthday. I got a lot of really awesome gifts but of course you know me... I got tired of downloading them so you only get a few pics. The coolest things were my new LENS !!!! and my brother got me a external hard drive ... and yes that is a my little pony bag and a Hannah Montana card. My brother thought that I would think that it was funny and I did !

Mom

As many of you already know my mom passed away July 08, 2008 at 4:07 pm. It was and still is a hard time for me and my family and we appreciate all the cards, flowers, prayers, and
everything else that some many of you have done for us.

These are just a FEW of the beautiful flowers that people have sent.

I would like to thank everyone for the support that they have shown me and my family in this time of need. There are so many times that you feel alone when some thing bad happens but I truly have to say that I really appreciate all the prayers and support from everyone. Thank you and God bless you all !!

Just Maybe !!

I read this the other day on My space and just really liked it so I thought that I would share with everyone !!!!!

Maybe
Maybe...We were supposed to meet the wrong people
before meeting the Right one so that, when we finally
meet the right person, we will know how to be grateful
for that gift.

Maybe ..When the door of happiness closes, another
opens; but, often Times, we look so long at the closed
door that we don't even see the new one which has been
opened for us.

Maybe . . . It is true that we don't know what we have
until we lose it, But it is also true that we don't
know what we have been missing until It arrives.

Maybe . . . The happiest of people don't necessarily
have the best of Everything; they just make the most
of everything that comes along their way.

Maybe . . . The brightest future will always be based
on a forgotten Past; after all, you can't go on
successfully in life until you let go of your past
mistakes, failures and heartaches.

Maybe . . . There are moments in life when you miss
someone -- a parent, A spouse, a sibling, a friend, a
child -- sooo much that you just want to pick them
from your dreams and hug them for real, so that
you appreciate them more when they are around you.

Maybe . . . The best kind of friend is the kind you
can sit on a porch and swing with, never say a word,
and then walk away feeling like it was the best
conversation you've ever had.

Maybe . . You should always try to put yourself in
others' shoes. If you feel that something could hurt
you, it probably will hurt the other person, too.

Maybe . . You should do something nice for someone
every single day, even if it is simply to leave them
alone.

Maybe . . Giving someone all your love is never an
assurance that they Will love you back. Don 't expect
love in return; just wait for it to grow in their
heart; but, if it doesn't, be content that it grew in
yours.

Maybe . . . You shouldn't go for looks; they can
deceive; don't go for Wealth; even that fades away. Go
for someone who makes you smile, because it takes only
a smile to Make a dark day seem bright. Find the one
that makes your heart smile.

Maybe . . You should hope for enough happiness to make
you sweet, enough Trials to make you strong, enough
sorrow to keep you human, and enough Hope to make you
happy.

SNOW

Well leave it to Arkansas to have 80 degree weather one day and then snow the next. But oh well it was fun !!

Cold again and in the need of a change !!!

I NEED A VACATION !!!!!

Feeling better

I am finally feeling better !!!! It is about time !!!!!!!!!
I am very lucky that I have people in my life that understood the fact that I had to basically shut my life down for a week. My hat goes off to the people that have that mess and still function. I felt like I was dying the first two days. EVERYTHING HURT !!!!!!

Thank you to everyone that called, sent me messages, emails, and all the prayers. I really appreciate it !!

New Addition !!

With me being sick with the flu and everything that is going on with my family my husband has been trying to be the one that keeps me together, and he is doing a great job. He wanted to surprise me with a new addition but with me getting sick it kind of ruined his plans, but I still got the new addition and I love him. Meet MILO !!!

FLU :-(

I have never had the flu and this year I GOT THE FLU. Now I know why it is such a big deal because I feel like I am dying !!!
